  Now intdoruce options framework to select translation files.
  (All languages are selected if no option specified.)

* 20080901 changes:

  - Enable gu (Gujarati language) support since 1.0 was released.
  - Update pt-br (Brazilian Portuguese) to 1.0-rc5.
