Remove patch which changed configure test for
    #include <libpostproc/postprocess.h> to
    #include <postprocess.h>

As is no longer needed (and breaks configure) with latest ffmpeg,
and instead patch filter_pp.c to include "libpostproc/postprocess.h"
instead of "postprocess.h"
