Update squid27 package to 2.7.5.

Changes to squid-2.7.STABLE5 (17 October 2008)
	- Bug #2439: configuration file contains non-ASCII characters
	- Bug #2441: Shut down store url rewrite helpers on squid -k
	  reconfigure
	- foreground rebuild should do all of the rebuilding before Squid
	  accepts requests.
