Import tex-times-2008.7340 as fonts/tex-times.

The times package is now obsolete, replaced by the mathptmx package,
which supports Times Roman text and (mostly) matching mathematics.
The times package remains available, for compatibility; both it and
mathptmx are part of psnfss.
