Upstream changes:

     Documentation changes.  META.yml "enhancements".  Moved author
     tests out of the way of normal testing.

     Now requires Perl-Critic version 1.105 or newer.  Fixed source
     code to be compliant with this version. Reported by Xavier Caron.
