	Add a discont double check, checking the flag is not enough
	given that rtpmpadepay/rtpmpapay adds a discont flag on every
	buffer, so we also check the timestamps difference.
	Whenever we are looking for the Xing header and it is not found
	we must reset the bitstream.
	Add a cast to correctly display the needed bits.
