        * XeTeXFontMgr_FC.cpp, XeTeX_ext.c: Move (nested) extern
        declaration of gFreeTypeLibrary from here ...
        * XeTeX_ext.h: ... to here.
        * XeTeXOTLayoutEngine.{cpp,h}: Drop support for ICU < 4.2.
