When building in sim/ucsim/cmd.src:
  * cmdlex.cc needs to include <cstdio> for the EOF macro.
  * Search $(srcdir) before directorys in CXXFLAGS so that the \ 
"FlexLexer.h"
    in $(srcdir) is found before the one under PREFIX (from CXXFLAGS).
