Changes:
 * autoconf 2.68 -> 2.69, automake 1.11.1 -> 1.12.2.
 * Corrected compilation with --enable-ctl-creds on NetBSD.
 * Corrected output for "ipactl -a ... status".
 * Corrected work with the -n switch in ipactl.

Package changes:
 * Removed the ipa-memfunc-debug option.
