- fix openldap-smbk5pwd so that it links with -ldes on NetBSD
  (otherwise Undefined PLT symbol "des_set_odd_parity")
- make sure OpenLDAP links with pkgsrc's libfetch as base libfetch
  may be linked with a different OpenSSL than OpenLDAP.
