Update py-at-spi2 to 2.10.0

* Handle attribute lists with multiple accepted values for the same key
  when creating a collection match rule (BGO#700865).
* Added getStringAtOffset.
* Add some examples (Magdalen Berns, BGO#701063).
* Removed setting of AT_SPI_CLIENT, as it is no longer used as of
  at-spi2-core 2.9.3.
* Update for libatspi API changes (BGO#700243).
