Log Message:
Define COMPILER_SPECIFIC_HEADER with pkgsrc way, and prepare PLIST.
Own detection in configure script with compiler name basisis is not good enough,
and required header file may not be installed.

resolve PR pkg/49496 by Sevan Janiyan.
