Updated package to newest version, 1.10. Changes include:
- Add all SHA-2 hash functions: SHA-224, SHA-384 and SHA-512
  in addition to the existing SHA-256.  (Closes: #1223)
- Add support for CTR (Counter) chaining mode.
- Fix compilation error with OCaml 4.03+dev.
- Avoid using some obsolete OCaml stdlib functions.
