Upstream changes:

* fix a bunch of deprecated warnings by recent ruby-gnome2 gdk_pixbuf2 update
 * partially fixed in the past version but fixed more properly
 * also make this work with gdk_pixbuf2 gem 3.0.8 and prior
* crash by --profile option with newer ruby-prof
