 - Use REPLACE_PYTHON instead of REPLACE_INTERPRETER (no functional changes
   intended)
 - Use ALTERNATIVE and instruct PLIST and Makefile post-install target
   accordingly to permit coexistence of multi-pkgs py-cssutils
