sysutils/bkpupsd: Install manpages into ${PKGMANDIR}.

This project uses BSD makefiles to build and install the binaries
and manpages.  Add "MANDIR=..." to the flags passed to
"make install" so that the manpages are installed in the correct
location under ${PKGMANDIR}.
