As the update to 0.40 noted, "WeasyPrint now depends on cssselect2 instead
of cssselect and lxml."

Thus retarget at the newly-added py-cssselect2 package, so weasyprint no
longer fails at startup by assertion.  Drop lxml.

Bump PKGREVISION.
