5.3.1:
- No bugfixes or features, just infrastructure and installation updates.
- Move to defining dependencies with Pipfile.
- Development layout is now src/natsort/ instead of natsort/.
- Add bumpversion infrastructure.
- Extras can be installed by "[]" notation.
