Update to fehQlibs-10 (versioned here as "0.9.10" to compare newer than
the previous 0.9). From the changelog:

- Added IPV6_V6ONLY setsockoptions call.
- Improved poll handling in iopause.c considering poll RC.
- Added building of shared libraries + updated docs.

pkgsrc does not yet build shared libraries.
