fontforge: Use _TOOLS_USE_PKGSRC to select pkgsrc date(1).

Using TOOLS_PLATFORM.date= has the unfortunately side-effect of creating an
empty BUILD_DATE pkg_summary entry, as ${DATE} fails when generating the
metadata.  Found by a pkg_summary checker.
