print/ghostscript-gpl: Reduce diffs to -agpl

Add PAPERSIZE to BUILD_DEFS.
Change HOMEPAGE; the sourceforge ghostscript page is stale.

Other than those minor changes, reorder lines in a way that should
have no functional effect, but which makes Makefile closer to
../print/ghostscript-agpl/Makefile.
