Zstandard v1.4.2

Legacy Decompression Fix

This release is a small one, that corrects an issue discovered in the previous \ 
release. Zstandard v1.4.1 included a bug in decompressing v0.5 legacy frames, \ 
which is fixed in v1.4.2.
