unifont: update to 12.1.03.

2019-08-11: Release 12.1.03
   * Replaces the public domain Jiskan Japanese glyphs in
     unifont_jp with the improved Izumi Japanese glyphs,
     which (like Jiskan) are also from a font in the public
     domain spanning JIS X 0213 Plane 1 and Plane 2.

   * Improved glyphs for Limbu, Buginese, Tai Tham, Adlam,
     and Mayan Numerals.
