Final customizations for hetzner dns api v1. The main fix is, that hetzner does \ 
not need the fqdn as record name. This leads to major errors like: record \

sub1.my-fqdn.tld.my-fqdn.tld
Delete config.yml delete circleci integration. no longer necessary.
