  * Fix regex warnings for Perl 5.28.
  * New module 'Bio::SeqIO::entrezgene' imported from the BioPerl
    distribution.  This means Bio-ASN1-Entrezgene now "Enhances"
    BioPerl's Bio::SeqIO instead of being a hard dependency of
    BioPerl.
