go-tools: fix build, bump revision

Apologies for breaking this package so hard with the previous update.

- add missing buildlinks to go-mod, go-crypto and goldmark
- remove bin/server (which is the "getgo" App Engine app, not useful \ 
locally)
- update PLIST
