cyr-rfx-*: update to distfiles as of 20001007

The distfiles were changed at some point without a version bump.
The included changelog says:

      * misc/10x20: moved the descender in \ 
"cyr_sch"/"cyr_Sch" one pixel to
      the right -- to be as in "cyr_ts".

      * misc/10x20 is now iso10646-0400-complete.
