phonon-qt5: update to 4.11.1

Grand new Phonon releases bringing Qt5 by default and completely
reworking the CMake code to not be a tangled mess.

Tiny bugfix releases fixing some regressions in the cmake logic for .pri
files and fixing wayland support in the VLC backend.
