Update to 7.0. From the changelog:

- Use old conversion of clock_gettime on macOS prior to 10.12
- Manpage tweak: shell scripts should use getopts instead of getopt
- In addition to 2-byte and 3-byte UTF-8 sequences, correctly identify
  all 4-byte UTF-8 sequences
- Do not permit an empty list between "while" and "do"
