editors/fileobj: Update to v0.7.106

ChangeLog:
- Minor fixes and cleanups
- Fix installation failure on Windows (since v0.7.104)
- Fix assert failure bug (since v0.7.99)
- Add :truncate
- Add FILEOBJ_USE_TRUNCATE_SHRINK
- Use rwmap.Fileobj by default for small,noent files if available
