openal-soft: fix some fallout

- remove -Wall (-Winline max-inline-insns-single fails)
- set -DALSOFT_UTILS=ON explictly
- disable libsndfile check with a patch
  If CMake finds libsndfile it tries (and fails) to build some examples
  which do not get installed anyway.
