This update is less momentous than it seems; more like 'declaring it
stable' than a major new release.

Upstream does not provide NEWS, but reviewing git history:

  - drop support for python 2.7
  - add backup command (that lists files and gets them all)
  - bugfixes and minor improvements
  - improved default serial port detection
