Update net/bftpd to version 6.1

Changes from CHANGELOG:

- Fixed linking errors on latest complilers GCC/Clang by
  addressing variable scope.
- Make sure we do not rely on argv or argv[0] being valid.
  Bftpd now exits with an error if arguements are not passed as expected.
