emulators/open-simh: update to 2022-12-02.

- Improvements mainly in AltairZ80, PDP11.
- Stop trying to disable LTO, since it is now explicitly only enabled when
  LTO=1 is given.
- Allow compiler warnings for now; pkgsrc build warns about a re#define
  where native build doesn't.
