wm/cde: few adjustments.

* Move SPACIAL_PERMS for dtsession where they belong (systems w/o PAM
  support).
* Change main package category fom x11 to wm (wip leftover).
* Fix syntax of the hostname entry in /etc/hosts: addresses bug with
  ttsession coredumping upon startup.
* Bump revision.
