Update qt6 to version 6.5.0

Remove alot of the patches taken from or sent upstream.
Add qt6-qtserialport to qt6 meta-pkg.
This release has more PLIST files since header files
for features for different OS:s are not installed
on the ones not having them.

Changes:
More than a thousand bug fixes including some pkgsrc
patches.
