textproc/go-md2man: update to 2.0.2

This is just a housekeeping patch to bring in Dockerfile changes into the
v2.0.x tree. Changes include:
 - Cross compile support
 - Bump go from 1.8 to latest (1.18)
 - Make go version and go image used configurable
