Include upstream statement that this package has been replaced by
opendkim.

Drop MESSAGE as redundant with what upstream documentation should
contain and with what DESCR does contain.

PKGREVISION++ because it's hard to be sure none of the recent changes
matter.

Builds as well as it did before this change :-(
