           plain numerical SVs
         * Make sure to load `Devel::MAT` only after processing the `--blib`
           commandline option

        [BUGFIXES]
         * Print a warning and skip attempts to apply SVx annotations to
           unrecognised SV addresses (alleviates but does not fix RT134117)
