 - fix a problem that --ciphers option isn't functional for Misskey stream
 - also apply --ciphers for downloading images

Note with these fixes sayaka on ATARI TT030 (MC68030 32MHz) can
connect to misskey.io local stream timeline and it was demonstrated
at Open Source Conference 2024 Tokyo spring.
