math/kalker: update to 2.1.0

 - Minor stability improvements
 - E-notation, eg. 1.23E3
 - Engineering mode (--eng as a command line argument, or mode eng within the \ 
program)
 - Fix multi-character parameters not working
 - Increase default precision
