mail/spamassassin: Update to 4.0.1

Upstream changes are bugfixes and very minor improvements.  Packaging
changes are simply changing the version number, patch defuzzing and
dropping one fix that is now upstream.

Tested on netbsd-9 amd64 for 24h, handling real mail.

Take maintainership.
