Reimport php-rrd 1.1.3 as database/php-rrd1, pending update of
database/php-rrd to 2.0.3 which is incompatible with php 5.6.
collectd-CGP needs php-rrd 1.1.3

The PECL/rrd extension provides bindings to the RRDtool C library.
