www/curl: Disable gssapi option for NetBSD

With gssapi option, libcurl.pc includes heimdal-gssapi in
Requires.private. And it is not supplied by heimdal in NetBSD base.
Then consumers of www/curl do not build.
Disable gssapi option by default for NetBSD as workaround.
