math/sc-im: revbump and build fix

 - Revbump for devel/libxlsxwriter
 - New clang errors on 'implicit declaration'; make that a warning again
   to avoid breaking the build. Will be fixed when updating the package
   to 0.8.4 as that fixes missing includes.
