Only OpenSSL 0.9.6* has the old-style deslib.  0.9.7 is no longer compatible.
So, instead, use security/libdes to get this functionality, which is
uniform regardless of OpenSSL version in use.

(Fixes build on NetBSD 2.0 without breaking 1.6.)
