Update to 0.6.13.  Changes:

New libusb driver for DKU2 cables (no need to compile a kernel
driver) and improvements in libgnokii API.

0.6.12 fixes the problem with xgnokii segfault on startup when
gnokii-artwork is not installed.

Updates to calendar support (additional fields like end time are
handled), virtual IrCOMM driver support, various updates to gnokii,
misc fixes to nk6510 and at drivers.
