* Synchronise certain files with upstream: licence cleanup, gets rid of the
  advertising clause and mksh dependency in some helper files,
  fixes portability to e.g. Solaris
* Build fixes for AIX, gcc (thanks Adam "replaced" Hoka)
* Remove CR (DOS line endings) on ^K] as well in jupprc
