* Update to 10.0
* linux
  * switched to qt3-shared
    qt4-static require libaudio.so.2, it is not exists on suse-10.0
  * switch from .rpm to .tar.bz2, above reason.
  * side effect, probably made to usable on native linux
  * x86_64 and powerpc will be supported
* freebsd
  * switched to qt3-shared.* *-static is not privided anymore.
  * x86_64 will be supported
* solaris
  * i386 will be supported
