Update to xcursor-themes-1.0.2. Changes:
Replace static ChangeLog with dist-hook to generate from git log
Add a .gitignore file
Remove unnecessary configure steps, since no C code is compiled here
Fill in COPYING and README
Add missing PHONY line for automatic ChangeLog generation
Bug #10492: Redglass xcursor theme doesn't package the "watch" cursor
Correct make distcheck.
